Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to participate on the tcv66 platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must be able to manage your account voluntarily and on your own responsibility.
• You must play using your own funds — managing an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited by law.
• You must be in a sound mental state and capable of making decisions.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account on tcv66. The same person or members of the same household may not create multiple accounts using the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed immediately and balances may be forfeited where applicable.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration — including name, ID number, and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a clear violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not share this information with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the tcv66 support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits on tcv66 are currently accepted through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• You may only start playing once the deposit has been credited to your account.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same method and in the same name used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5 for details).
• tcv66 may request additional documentation to verify identity in cases of suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tcv66 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳32,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A promotion may be used only once, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• tcv66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion where applicable.
• If bonus abuse is detected (such as using multiple accounts), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tcv66 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
• Placing coordinated or strategic bets to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to operate games.
• Exploiting a known game error or bug for an advantage.
• Using the platform for fraud or money laundering.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Intimidating or threatening tcv66 staff.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 tcv66's Authority

tcv66 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Prolonged inactivity.

8.2 Member's Right to Close Account

Any member may voluntarily close their account by contacting the tcv66 support team. The applicable portion of the balance may be withdrawn before closure; however, the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

Limitation of Liability

• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment processors.
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or sharing account credentials with others.
• Financial losses resulting from a member's gaming decisions — gaming is always a risk-bearing activity.

All services on the tcv66 platform are provided on an "as-is" basis. Uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed; however, our support team is always ready to assist with any issues.

Changes to Terms

tcv66 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes where possible. However, continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
